African Rural Schools Foundation USA Goes on the Radio!
On
Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010 Hanan Bulime and three Americans (Mzungus) Rev.
Waun, Del Rodrigquez and Bob Rodgers were guests on a radio show and
had a great time. It was a 30 minute radio program that goes out to
about 2 million listeners! It airs on a family-oriented Christian radio
station based in Kampala. This was a way of promoting the school. The
program was first called “Every Child Deserves an Education”
but he changed the name to “Thinking” so that the topic
could include leadership pointers and other subjects that the listeners
might be interested in. It is also a call-in show where listeners can
make comments and get questions answered on the air.
